The bill (Reg.No. 2807) determines the procedure and tax amount of the ecological tax to be paid by particular brunches of industry, temporarily until December 31, 2020. The list of enterprises subjected to the terms of the ecological tax will be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers annually.
The Committee members deem realization of project’s provisions will ensure implementation of effective technical measures for preventing, eliminating and reducing pollution by industries, will enable enterprises to adopt new technologies and equipment, which help to reduce emissions of pollutants that ultimately will significantly improve the environmental situation in Ukraine.
